FEMA has added DeLorme's XMap Editor to their training curriculum for firefighters and emergency planners. The program includes: 1) Importing data in a variety of formats, 2) Collecting field data using GPS, 3) creating a GIS database, 4) displaying, analyzing, and querying data.
