Illinois Road Map Advertising
The Illinois Department of Transportation considers selling advertising space on its free state road map. The state produces about 3,000,000 maps per year at a cost of $350,000. Revenue from the advertising could offset the cost of printing the maps - or they might be able to make a profit. Read more about Illinios Road Map Advertising at the Lincoln Courier.
